Pre-Post Natal Pilates
As our bodies adjust to the process of pregnancy and childbirth, natural postural changes occur that can bring stress to associated muscle groups.
Pilates works to stretch and strengthen the muscle groups through low impact exercise that is ideal for new mums and mums to be.
Our classes help to prevent lower back pain, incontinence, improve posture and strengthen weak abdominal, hip and thigh muscles.
It's a great way to get back into shape and socialise while helping your body recover from childbirth.
